Leadership Opportunity:

The Director of Information Technology is responsible for oversight and direction of the firm's Information Technology department. The Director of IT will provide professional and technological leadership across the firm as it relates to the development, implementation, and administration of all software packages, computer hardware, voice and data communications equipment, training, records management, the Information Resource Center and new business intake, including conflicts.

The Director of IT will partner with the firm's senior management to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support technology solutions for all areas and functions of the firm. This person will analyze existing IT infrastructure/systems; and forecast, research, formulate, recommend, and deploy long-term IT strategies and tactics designed to meet the Firm's long-term goals and objectives. The Director of IT will provide management of and support to the daily operations of the IT Department and will lead in implementing and executing all IT policies and procedures, including standard operating procedures, security, disaster recovery, contract proposals, and third-party vendors. This company is in the legal arena.
