new year new me

hey friends! happy 2023! i know there is a lot of new year new me posts going on so i won’t recap my entire 2022 because quite frankly you all don’t need to read that much. i am going to try to make this newsletter a little more personable. if it’s boring pls let me know lol. i also switched to substack since twitter is sunsetting revue (thanks elon). so that’s why it looks different!

the big announcement :

i want to talk about is my move to a new division at vaco. it’s called global solutions. what this move allows me to do is completely focus my time on building community and relationships across the country. not to mention create more/better content AND speak more!! my team went from seven people solely focused on software engineering jobs to fifteen people focused on all areas of tech across the country. this also allows me to take on larger projects with clients! oh and you know whats REALLY cool? this was the division i started in out of college in 2011 now i’m back managing it:)
