This is what hiring managers are looking for
I've talked with a lot of hiring managers, and below are some of the biggest things they look for: 1) Do you play nice with others? How well you work within a team is incredibly important. You won't be working alone, so understanding teamwork, being able to collaborate, and take feedback is crucial.

I've talked with a lot of hiring managers, and below are some of the biggest things they look for:
1) Do you play nice with others? How well you work within a team is incredibly important. You won't be working alone, so understanding teamwork, being able to collaborate, and take feedback is crucial.
2) If you run into an issue, how do you handle it? What happens when you hit a roadblock? Hiring managers want to know this because it will happen to you. Guaranteed. So what happens? Do you panic? Do you blame someone else? Or do you have a healthy balance of trying to figure things out but asking for help when you need it?
3) Do you have the ability to learn? No one knows everything, so the capacity to learn is important. There will be people on your team who can essentially mentor you, and you will learn a lot of things as you go. If you have an open mind and can demonstrate your ability to grow, you will impress hiring managers.
