I want to talk about job search mentality.

It's a thing and most people don't have it.

In my experience, it's a mentality of willingness, fearlessness, and gratefulness.

It's changing your view of the job search from a negative thing to a learning experience. It's being excited about meeting new people and sharpening your skills through the interview process.

The job search is grueling. I know. I'm not diminishing that. But you will get nowhere by being negative.

If you stay positive, you will find the job you want.
