There are ways to beat the dreaded ATS
There are ways to beat the dreaded ATS

No matter what you’ve been told, at the end of the day, this is still true: your resume is written by a person (you) for people (recruiters and hiring managers).
Here are some quick tips to avoid ATS pitfalls.
DON'T:
DON’T write an Objective statement or long paragraphs (we already know why you’re submitting a resume). Stick to bullet points.
DON’T overuse bold text in your professional experience section. Save bold for the information that matters--the name of previous employers, the dates you worked for them, your title, and their location.
DON’T forget to include your technical skills. Help us pair you with companies that need people with your experience.
DON’T include every certification you’ve ever gotten on Udemy. Bootcamp certificates and industry certs are fine.
DO:
DO include a summary of key experiences accompanied by years of experience.
DO organize your work experience based on the projects you worked on. Summarize the project like you’re explaining it to your mom Include your responsibilities and the technologies you used.
DO include your education, but unless you graduated from a top engineering school or you have a master's in Computer Science, save it for last.
